What Does The Saved Snapshot from my Manifest Check Tell Me

Administrators can now understand what has happend during manifest checks on the ground.

Every time you run and save a manifest check, a snapshot is created in the G2G Console. A snapshot is your digital record of that check — showing when and where it took place, what was present, what was missing, and any notes captured during the process.

How to View Your Snapshots

  1. Log in to the G2G Console.
  1. From the main menu, select Snapshots.
  1. You’ll see a list of every snapshot taken on your account.

Reading a Snapshot

When you open a snapshot, you’ll see:

  • Time and location of the check
  • Number of assets missing
  • Linked manifest reference
  • Any notes captured during the check
  • An itemised breakdown of your manifest, showing counts per section

Drilling Down Further

  • To expand the details of each section, toggle Expand All Sections.
  • This will show every individual asset within that section and whether it was seen.
  • If an item was manually confirmed, it will display with an 👁️ eye icon.
