Every time you run and save a manifest check, a snapshot is created in the G2G Console. A snapshot is your digital record of that check — showing when and where it took place, what was present, what was missing, and any notes captured during the process.
How to View Your Snapshots
- Log in to the G2G Console.
- From the main menu, select Snapshots.
- You’ll see a list of every snapshot taken on your account.

Filtering Snapshots
- Snapshots are grouped by location.
- Use the Add Filter option to select the location you want.

- Narrow down results further by setting a date range.
- Once you’ve filtered, select the snapshot (or group of snapshots) you’d like to review.Reading a Snapshot.

Reading a Snapshot
When you open a snapshot, you’ll see:
- Time and location of the check
- Number of assets missing
- Linked manifest reference
- Any notes captured during the check
- An itemised breakdown of your manifest, showing counts per section

Drilling Down Further
- To expand the details of each section, toggle Expand All Sections.
- This will show every individual asset within that section and whether it was seen.
- If an item was manually confirmed, it will display with an 👁️ eye icon.
