This guide is for Administrators responsible for adding and managing Users in the G2G system.
Follow the steps below to add new Users and understand what each person will be able to access once they're set up.
Before You Begin
Before adding a User, make sure you have the following ready:
- Admin-level access to the G2G Console
- The new User's full name and email address
- A clear idea of which role this person needs (refer to the permissions table below)
Important: Assigning the correct role from the start saves time and avoids Users having access they don't need — or missing access they do.
How to Create a New User
- Navigate to Settings — Log in to the G2G Console and go to Settings.
- Open the Add User panel — Click on Users, then click the Tools icon. This will open the Add User panel. Click Add User.
- Enter the User's details — Enter the User's full name, then their email address.
- Set the access level — Choose the appropriate User access level: System Admin, Admin, Power User, or User. Refer to the Roles & Permissions table below to determine the correct level for this person.
- Leave the password blank — You will be prompted to create a password. Do not create one. Leave this for the User to set themselves unless you are creating a generic User login that multiple people within your organisation will use.
The new User will automatically receive an email with the subject "Your Good To Go account is ready."
User Roles & Permissions
G2G includes four levels of User roles. Each is designed to match a specific level of responsibility — ensuring every team member has exactly the access they need, nothing more.

What Happens After You Add a User?
Once a User has been created and their role assigned, they will receive an email with the subject "Your Good 2 Go account is ready." This email contains the the email address and password they must use to log in.
Once logged in, what a User can see and do will depend entirely on the access level assigned to them during setup.
