Setting Up a GPS Tracker

Guide on how to setup your GPS Tracker

  1. Navigate to “+ New Asset”
      • Create or select the asset that the GPS Tracker will be linked to.
  1. Assign the Tracker
      • Enter the tracker’s serial number in the “Tag” field.
      • The system automatically recognises this as a GPS Tracker.
  1. Set Reporting Interval
      • GPS Trackers can update at different intervals:
        • Twice a day → Conserves battery.
        • Frequent updates → Higher accuracy, but faster battery use.
      • To adjust the interval span, contact your G2G Account Manager.
  1. View Tracker Location
      • Open the asset in the G2G Console.
      • Select Map View to see the latest GPS position.
