Hand Tools Kit
Tag Type | On-metal |
Placement | Affix the tag on the exterior surface of the metal tool box. Refer to image examples for acceptable locations (e.g., top, side, or lid surface). Avoid placing the tag inside the box where it could be obstructed or damaged. |
Attachment Method | Tag should be adhesive-backed and pressed firmly to a clean, dry, flat metal surface. No wrap or tape required. |

Air tools kit
Tag Type | On-metal |
Placement | Attach the tag to the outside of the metal case, ensuring visibility when the case is stacked or stored. Multiple surfaces are acceptable—top, side, or front—as long as the tag is not hidden. |
Attachment Method | Adhesive tag only. Do not use cable ties or tape. Ensure the surface is clean before tagging. |

Screwdriver kit
Screwdriver Set (exterior)
Tag Type | On-metal |
Placement | Tags should be placed on both sides of the exterior of the container or pouch for optimal visibility. |
Attachment Method | Use adhesive tags directly on clean, flat metal or hard plastic. Avoid applying to textured or rubberized areas. |
📷 Images show correct dual-side tagging on case or pouch.
Sledge Axe
Tag Type | Non-metal |
Placement | Apply the tag to the shaft of the tool, avoiding areas that are gripped during use. Prefer smooth zones near the top or mid-shaft. |
Attachment Method | If the adhesive is not holding well due to textured or rubber grip, secure with self-fusing silicone tape or T-Rex waterproof tape. Wrap tightly to prevent the tag from shifting. |
✅ Pro Tip: For wooden or fiberglass shafts, lightly clean and dry before applying tag to ensure adhesion.
📷 Multiple visual examples show ideal positioning and optional tape wrapping.
Axe
Tag Type | Non-metal |
Placement | Similar to the sledge axe: place the tag on the shaft, away from the handle grip and striking head. Aim for a consistent location across all axes (e.g., 10–15cm below the head). |
Attachment Method | Use adhesive tags. Reinforce with T-Rex Tape or self-fusing silicone tape if the shaft is textured or if tags tend to peel off. An alternate method shown includes fully encasing the tag with tape for protection. |
📷 Visuals show examples of both direct adhesion and reinforced attachment.
