Manifest
A list that defines what should be in a container or space. Created from a snapshot and used to compare against future scans.
Location Tag
A special RFID tag attached to a container, room, or vehicle. Scanning this sets the location context for the stocktake.
Asset Tag / RFID Tag
A unique physical label on each asset that allows it to be scanned and tracked.
Asset Type
A category used to group gear (e.g. Fire Blanket, Oxygen Cylinder, Spanner Set). Created in the Types Library.

Custom Fields
Extra data points tied to an asset — e.g. serial number, brand, expiry date, or servicing info.
